For General Support Questions:

I try to keep up a 24 hour turn-around on all queries. However ImageWalker is written and supported by one person, so please be patient.
When reporting a bug please supply the following details:
- Your email address
- The version of the software you are running (This can be found on the about box; click on About ImageWalker under the help menu )
- The operating system you are running (Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP/Vista)
- The version (if any) of Internet Explorer installed on you computer
